This is a subject that can be talked about, but not argued with. I was just reading another article about Cisco’s IP PBX winning over Nortel and Alcatel’s IP PBXs in a series of tests. This is one the reasons that they are ahead in this industry: they never stop evolving, creating new and better equipment and offering their full support through training camps, online courses or at their, or their partners’ facilities for the certification you would need.

Could not have said it better myself. I use the Learning Network as a resource in my own personal training regimen. I have not even finnished my training but am already seeing the benefits of the courses. It will surely take me far in my business endeavors.

I’m very happy so far with CCNA 1 and 2 that I have completed at school. If only Packet Tracer were better or if we had access to real equipment at the school which I attend, the program would be pretty close to perfect.
