Posted by Markus Langenfeld - 05/27/05 at 06:05:48 pmTo give an update on the “2 down 6 to go” post I made Wednesday I’m now working a projected 82.5 hours this week due to some last minute schedule changes. This will smash any work record I’ve ever had in my lifetime for hours worked in a single week. I can’t wait for the paycheck!

Posted by Markus Langenfeld - 05/25/05 at 12:05:06 pmSo if you haven’t heard yet, Kevin Rose from former TechTV now Trendwhore errr I mean G4 has decided to leave the network. A quote from his website states
“After several weeks of lawyer negotiations with G4, they have agreed to release me from my contract. Friday May 27th 2005 marks my last day on the G4 network.”
This news honestly made my week; the fact that he is putting focus into both his new and old projects really shows some dedication.
On a related note Systm Episode 1 has been released! I didn’t get a chance to partake in the launch party because I was working but it sounds like it went really well. Additionally Thebroken Episode 4 I believe is due to be released in the extreme near future so I’ll be looking forward to that.

Posted by Markus Langenfeld - 05/25/05 at 11:05:07 amAlright, so to give an update on what’s going on I’ve been scheduled to work every day this week, that’s 64 hours in 7 days. Then if that’s not enough I work Monday too.. From then on I remain unsure of my schedule. I’m starting to feel real tired only after the 2nd day, so I’m interested to see what kind of effects this is going to have on me. Because I’m working so much the little time I do have at home I will spend sleeping and preparing for the next day, so don’t expect many posts in the near future.
All of a sudden, I feel older..

It was a good day too, I got to hang out with the family, eat good food and birthday cake.. (The cake looked like a hamburger!) It was a lot of fun. A few people have asked me what kind of gifts I received, so I dug up some pictures..
